Individual Match Tickets

It would be good if season ticket holders who can't make the odd game put their ticket for sale on here for face value - rather than giving it back to City on exchange. It's dead easy to do now with digital transfers and would help out those poor Blues getting pummelled by ridiculous match day pricing.

Daz Clarke’s Man City Face Value Tickets and Travel page is really good too. People of course need to be vigilant of potential touts and scammers on here and there of course but I’ve never had an issue.

Genuine question: If you transfer a ticket to someone you don’t know and that person acts inappropriately (such as going on the pitch) does it affect the person who sold the ticket?

Not sure to be honest. But I would have thought that as the club have officially sanctioned the transfer to another recognised member, then they should recognise said person as being responsible. Unlike a scenario when you'd just passed on your ticket outside of official channels.

The club certainly reserves the right to sanction you if you transfer a season ticket to someone that doesn’t behave. I’d like to think that they’d look at each case on its merits.
It’s section 10.1 paragraph v on pages 15/16 of the T&Cs.

Not quite the same but I got banned from city for being 'ejected' from an away game that I didn't even attend.
Suppose it would depend on if they arrested and got the name of the person or not

Quick one, I think, guys. My daughter and I have season tickets however she cant attend the Newcastle game so I want to take someone for their first game. They aren't members/Cityzens so can I transfer my daughters ticket to me (pay the upgrade to adult) and therefore then enable my guest access? Or do they need to be a member ?

Noticed nobody had provided a helpful reply, so thought I’d step in.

If you want to avoid the cost of upgrading to an Adult, just get your mate to wear a dress and borrow your daughters phone. Shouldn’t be a problem
