Influenza

I think there's too many different strains and variants to wipe it out, i don't think the jab is 100% effective?

Ah i see. So if everyone did have the jab then one strain may die down but then another would just strengthen as a result.

Is that a fact? I've been in bed unable to move for two days. I've eaten nothing during those two days. I have a headache, sneezing, running nose, sore throat, chest pain, a cough, joint and muscle ache and have been vomiting bile.

Today i feel a bit better though. You will see I haven't actually posted for the last two days.

But I guess it's just a cold?

OK sorry - you've got flu.

It's just that people say they've got flu without knowing what it is. Real flu is shit - it nearly killed me 10 years ago.

Take it really easy as it takes longer to recover than you think. Hope you feel better soon .
 
i thought you were hard johnmc?

i had it at 21 and lost nearly 2 stone. it bloody hurt, a lot.
