Just to clear up my OP which seems to have upset a few.

I was stating that Iniesta is one hell of a player. We constantly have posts on here going on about Ronaldo. However it is my opinion that when push comes to shove like the last world cup final the little spaniard is superior to Ronaldo. What-s more he would be cheaper and in addition he is not a complete shit.

I suppose it depends on his loyalty to Barca. He-s not catalan so I don-t think there-d be uproar if he left. It would allow Fabregas more games. he might also like a challenge, and I have no idea how much he currently is paid.

I-d say we would have more chance of getting him than Messi or Ronaldo.

One of my favourite players in recent years. Absolutely loved the way he tore the rags apart as i predicted to rag mates.
However, I just cannot see him leaving Barca. He is a legend there. He also plays in a very rigid midfield ,which if split up would cost untold riches to replace.
This kind of player would not come cheap. Established playmakers on the European stage never do. 40 mill at a guess.
I've also heard that when he is injured it is taking longer and longer to recover... a sure sign of age.
Dissmiss this dream of him in a City shirt. It'll never happen.
