Injuries 2024/25 | Dias ruled out for a month

I hope so. I really dislike the way it’s always John Boy who gets called out for injury when there are others as well.
I know folk will say it’s because he is my favourite and I’ll always support him but he puts in 110%.
Everyone loves Stones, the frustration comes from the fact he'd be the best defender in Europe if he could stay fit for a full season.

Can you imagine a Stones and Dias partnership for the whole season, with Gvardiol at left back? It would certainly go some way to making up for losing Rodri for the season.

The constant injuries are making the Rodri situation worse. We'd win the league without Rodri if we had a normal level of injuries, this feels unprecedented at the moment!

The Stones one just seems constant, and it's made worse because of what we'd have if he could stay fit.

Think the most games stones has played in premier is 24 he has always been injury prone

I don't think anyone disputes that Stones is a great player, but he doesn't play enough to get form and consistency into his game.

I think our best defence (if everyone was fit) would consist of Akanji, Stones, Dias and Gvardiol, but we're missing two of them now.

We regularly get caught on the counter by one long ball, so it's an area that needs addressing, even with 5 CBs.
CB partnerships grow. Sadly for Stones he's becoming the odd one out because he's missing so often. Ake likewise.

I wonder if Stones suffered the foot injury whilst playing for England during a tournament what he would have done? Just saying

What's the long term solution for plantar fasciitis? Injections?
