Injuries 2025/26 | Doku ruled out for three weeks (p46)

Funding Office.....I'm more concerned that my money is being used to pay a player who is rarely available, rather than if some old biddy thinks I can spell or not.
Wow, I fell off my chair laughing. At least I've grown old gracefully biddy or no biddy.
But as @Dodge has said, grow up or maybe go and do your homework. Your money is being paid to pay all the players.
Night, night sleep tight little man. :-)

6 times Premier League winner
Champions League winner
2 times fa cup winner
2 times? league cup winner
European super cup winner
Club World Cup winner
Twice PL team of the season
Once Eufa team of the season
87 appearances for England
Doubles, trebles and quads

And a really nice bloke too.

John Stones, despite your injuries (and hopefully this one is minor) you have done City and England proud, and continue to do so
No-one is doubting the above, and I'm not trying to bait @Eccles Blue (we've done this dance before haven't we :D) but things will reach a natural conclusion at the end of the season imho.
He'll leave with our best wishes, but you can't keep paying him to sit in the stands over half the season.
I've said before - Rolls Royce player, but breaks down like a Lada these days :(

Blue loves the guy so go easy. Sadly you may be right.

it never goes away properly even with surgery.

I suffer badly on my left foot.
Literally "feel your pain" - I suffer on my left side, I find a stretching regime helps using a roller (advised by a physio), but like most things individual cases vary drastically
I've said before with Boulders - I can't see how he's getting near the bloody pitch if it's bad

Aww thank you guys. Somewhere way back a few days ago I sort of accepted (very reluctantly granted) that you are all correct. This will possibly be John Boy’s last season. I’m devastated, bereft, traumatised and every other upset word!
However, old biddy that I am apparently, I survived VK leaving, even wore a bandage round my head when Zabba went, cried when my ultimate hero Dunnie left.
I was very upset as well when Mike Summerbee left.
I’ll miss him but as I have to give up my season card (health reasons) at the end of the season I guess it will be a little easier. :-) :-) :-( :-(

we made the right decision with de bruyne, gundogan (originally) and will do so again with stones. walker was a 18 months too late as probably was aguero

I'll take your explanation as I'm not sure about ACL, it was just what Pep said about it the other week and it might be psychological now that made me think that.
Not sure what it is with John Stones, Plantar Fasciitis has been mentioned and I do know that that can be painful and also hard to diagnose. I guess I'm just upset about John Boy and trying to defend him when nobody seems to be saying anything about Rodri. I'll be quiet now and fret for JB in the corner. Sorry. :-) :-)

EB, No truth in the rumour that the club are commissioning a new statue of JS carrying you in his arms as you both walk away from the palace of glittering delights ?

i find the stretching with the roller just deflects the issue rather than removing the prioblem which is annoying
