Pep has repeatedly said that ACL injuries can take 2 years to get over. It’s not just the reconstruction of the knee that takes time, it’s how the muscles strengthen around the new ligament.
Does anyone actually know what Stones’ injury is? Plantar Fasciitis has been mooted, but never confirmed.

I'll take your explanation as I'm not sure about ACL, it was just what Pep said about it the other week and it might be psychological now that made me think that.
Not sure what it is with John Stones, Plantar Fasciitis has been mentioned and I do know that that can be painful and also hard to diagnose. I guess I'm just upset about John Boy and trying to defend him when nobody seems to be saying anything about Rodri. I'll be quiet now and fret for JB in the corner. Sorry. :-) :-)

I've had that in my right foot. Took a year to go, happened for no reason when Covid was on.
Three months ago started in my left heel, and what with a gyppy left knee, there are times, because of the pain of both, I feel like sawing my own leg off. I'm not a pro footballer, it's painful walking so I feel a lot of sympathy if this is what Jonny Boy has been suffering. I've given birth and tbh the plantar pain is just as bad as that when it's on form....

has your doctor/physio recommend using some electric pulse machine on the affected area?
I used one, was very painful it disappered and then come back.
Rock tape is my only friend for it at present

JS has been injured numerous times
