Nasri injured too now. No idea what's happened to him!
20 minutes of football, that's what did it. Stupid of us to risk putting a player through that.

Probably did something ridiculous like walking or warming up.When did Nasri pick up an injury?
So the implication that Merlin, Yaya and Joe could all make it, which is what SSN are reporting too. Not all doom and gloom.
Ah yes but with Silva playing we might actually score a couple ourselves..But instead of the center half pairing that conceded zero goals in 5 games, we have the one that's let in 10 goals in the last 4.
No cause for concern then ??!!!??!
I never wear them.Any more news? Anyone pulled a hamstring putting their pyjamas on?
Lmao, well that seems to be the norm ;)Any more news? Anyone pulled a hamstring putting their pyjamas on?
I didn't know that. But six games in a row had to be some sort of record for him.is injured now though

We definitely need Merlin, vinnie, joe, sterling and Kun back/up for it for tomorrows game imo.
Vinny is a non starter once again.
Since he said he was ok after his last injury he hasn't made it past the warm up.
Every time one of our players open their mouths to the media or comments on social media it has a tendency to bite them on the bum.
And not just this but we played on a cricket pitch (even NRL rugby league players complain when they have to play on cricket pitches as the turf is not of sufficient standard even for a high collision sport like RL), baseball pitches and other shite grounds over the years in our pre-season tours. This is really interesting, from the guy who did Physio Room.
@BenDinnery: No team travelled further during the close season than #MCFC Almost 40k miles. City have lost the most days to injury so far this term [...]
@BenDinnery: [...] while in stark contrast #WAT #WHUFC and #NCFC who travelled the least <500 miles are amongst the best performers so far this season
@BenDinnery: In the summer of 2014 #NUFC covered the most miles during pre-season (24.6k) - of any PL side - and finished with the worst injury record
But we already had Clichy Zaba Delph and Fernando out from the start.I blame it all on the international break. Was basically the start of all our troubles.
Our pre-season should be about getting everyone fit and moving towards peak condition for a long & demanding season, not whoring ourselves out to corporate sponsors, travellling tens of thousands of miles and playing on cabbage patches. We should be based at the Campus, where we have all the right facilities and play a few warm-up games in the UK and Europe. And not just this but we played on a cricket pitch (even NRL rugby league players complain when they have to play on cricket pitches as the turf is not of sufficient standard for a high collision sport like RL), baseball pitches and other shite grounds over the years in our pre-season tours.
Many of us have complained about our pre[total lack of preparation]-seasons over the last few years and i think they're getting worse.
Delph recovered only to be knocked out while on international duty. But we already had Clichy Zaba Delph and Fernando out from the start.
I honestly also think it's time to cut something from our calendar or number of sides here in England.
As best I recall only Delph was injured on tour and we started the season with the four mentioned above unavailable.
Silva , Kun, Delph again , Zaba , Clichy, Fernando , Nasri, Bony, Nacho, Kompany have been injured either injured during the season , in the lead up to the season at home or in some cases during training for matches.
Only Silva and Kun have had impact injuries to the best of my knowledge so its more about those players themselves most of them Zaba and Bony aside suffering from regular muscle / soft tissue injuries over a long period of time which we don't seem to have any program in place to minimise /prevent from continual reoccurance.
We toured and have done covering miles in planes for many a season and in 2011/2012 we had few long term injuries to deal with.
How we train and maybe where we train and in what footwear might have more to do with it than what we do in the off season I would suggest.
