That's a nasty surgical scar as a reminder of seriousness of the injury as well.
Looks on the way to recovery can't wait to see him back out on the green stuff with the other players.

That was my thought as well - a permanent reminder of his time at MCFC!

Here is he the running man. Straight line work, but I bet that felt good to be back running on grass again.
