But SB is an ex Rag !! Why would anyone believe him ?? Tut,tut.
Oi, who said you could leave the table?

Please may I leave the table now please.Clean plate, honestly !
Oh go on then.

Good news on the Maicon front because I think Zab needs a break here and there. We can't expect him to keep running through brick walls for us week in.week out.

I honest think that , after all his time on the bench , Zabaleta just wants to play ..... he'd probably turn out all year round if he could !

The guy just loves playing for us , he's got a brilliant attitude.

Why not? Players like him have been doing that for donkeys years, and without the Sports Science Support provided today's players.

For me, the MOST important thing is to give "flagging" players a break as the game wears on, because THAT is when their injuries occur. Anyone remember how many times Aguero was subbed in the last 20 minutes last season? If we could get a few goals ahead (like we did last season!) players like him would not be on the pitch in the last 20 minutes. Explosive players (going from 25% to 95% in a split second) will ALWAYS pick up muscle strain injuries, especially as they tire and the game gets stretched (increasing explosive bursts), whereas you see most midfielders ticking over at 70% all game, so they find it easier to turn it up and down a little from that "set point."

For me, the BEST reason to have two forwards on the bench is that you can ADD one if things are not going as planned, but even better is to REPLACE one or both to protect them from injuries.

I suppose meant without getting injured and with Maicon or Milner being the only probable replacements right now.
