Great news.

Mendy is in all the training photos from today with the whole squad, so he's definitely not the "somebody else" who is injured.




I can't see Zinchenko in any of them.

I noticed the last couple of updates from Pep that he went out of his way to not say “Mendy”

I thought it was me jumping to conclusions but that’s the third time now.

It’s almost like he is daring a journalist to specifically ask about him.

I think this puts an end to this theory as well.

Personally I wouldn’t mind seeing Mendy shipped out of the club given the number of opportunities he’s had to establish himself.
Problem is recovering the investment will be very difficult.
I feel really sorry for the guy but I don’t think he is able to cope with the speed of the game in the PL since his multiple injuries.
Maybe a loan deal in January to a French or Italian club with an option to buy?

Fern isn’t injured anymore he’s ill so hopefully back after today.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Mendy plays soon despite the recent good performances from Cancelo. Needs to be sold, he’s had plenty of chances to prove his worth.
