The problem now being that we are down to virtually a go to first choice 11 with little outside that group you would trust.I am not that worried. We almost played better without him when gundo went on a hot streak and was pushed higher up. I am sure we will survive again
So any more injuries and it really looks poor.
Plus KDB and Foden right now are the ones dragging the team through the big games. Losing Kev would be a huge blow.

Don’t believe it was an impact injury. He went over on his ankle. Could be relatively trivial could be serious.He'll be fine. Be an impact injury, just my opinion obviously but it might pour cold water on the Mary Ellen's going under on here.

I think he will miss the Villa game as a precaution and be back for the final. TBH it’s probably good to rest him anyway.
I also think Kane will play in the final provided he can walk.. as Mourinho is trying to save his job.. which could play into our hands as old ‘Harry is often a hindrance when he’s played whilst injured which is a common occurrence for Spuds.

Yep, I also think. KDBs quality is most needed for PSG and I’m confident he’ll be back fresh for then.

With even up to five changes, there is very little impact on the side/performances proven earlier in the season, but as we saw today - and against dirty Leeds - wholesale rotation just doesn’t work.
The problems we experienced today would not be solved with or without KDB on the pitch. In fact he looked either very tired today and offered little. A great player he is, but too often his presence creates a 'Give it to bloody Gordon' scenario as even his team mates look to him to be the solution all the time rather than do more themselves. It's hardly surprising we played better as a team when KDB was out as others were happy to show what they could offer. Cancelo and Gundogan are prime examples of players who have lost something in their game since KDB returned from his 1st injury.
