Unlike KDB which was more serious but knobhead Martinez still played him and Kev himself also chose to play risking more damage

Thought I read somewhere at the time that someone had stood on his foot in training, caused bruising and swelling around the top of the foot/metatarsals but thankfully no fractures.
Zack Steffen also went off with a knee injury during USA v Mexico in June while Gundo missed Germany’s final game with a head injury. Both were expected to be fit for pre-season.

Yeah I've heard his injury is worse than what was made out. Nothing to worry about but he was never making the final.
