KDB is it really a injury or just precaution ?? and may have felt something and rest is needed, its the best for any little groin niggles and it can be anything from 1 to 2 weeks to get back, but when i was playing football OK not at the levels we are talking about with KDB ?? a very hot bath for a couple of hours worked wonders with any groin tightening and was playing again next week, put the pain is really bad if its long term and the leg feels like both your bollocks have swollen to cannon ball size and in the way and you have to walk like john wayne after getting off that horse
