Shame but sounds like he will only miss the next two games and be back after the break.

I know he gets some stick but I really like him.

if he does improve his finishing which is what the criticism is he would become one of the best strikers in the world because the rest of his game is as goodor better thananyones

What exactly is a sick note.?
Is it someone like Aguero, and Jesus who get kicked up and down by centre halves, or perhaps Vincent Kompany who puts his body on the line to win supporters like you league trophies.
No personal offence but it pisses me off when supporters diss players who have lifelong injuries because they put their bodies on the line and then labelled "sick notes"

Actually starting to get concerned about injuries and only a game gone so far,g.jesus does so much more than score goals it’s his pressing,and thats nearly every bit as important as much as his goals ..
 
I've heard Aguero should be due back at the same time (after internationals), so it'll a double boost.
 
Jesus out now aswell!! I think we can get away with Sterling as a false 9 short-term but wouldn’t want him (or any of the other wide men) playing there for a couple of months.

‘Sick note’ was Darren Anderton’s nickname when he played for spurs in the 90s. Scored a belter against Sweden in what was called I think They Umbro Cup’. Decent player but always unavailable.

I think ‘Sick note’ is a bit harsh on Gabby. And he’ll also be gutted as this was a guaranteed run of starts for him to gain some form and I though he was looking hungry from what I’ve seen against Wolves.

My memory has faded of who and what regarding football with all that’s gone on this year. But he’s had one big injury when his knee twisted under him at palace. I think it was Moss who tried to make him stand up and walk off. Gabbys leg bent under him and the kid in tears at the time. That was the closest we went to losing up to that point that season. Eddie saved a pen and KDB was cut down on the half on 90mins and puncheon cut him in half with a woeful tackle. KDB stretchered off that day too.

The amount he gets kicked he’s gonna pick up little knocks and niggles which will put a strain on him. That plus no preseason won’t be good for a number of our players as we do get kicked more than most.

I think Pep will go Raz down the middle on Sunday, but I’d love to see Liam Delap get some game time with Serge and Gabby both out.
