To help you out a bit here i have done a little research and have found the following article.

""Whetsa Knut" - A hardly used phrase meaning i have no idea how the internet or forums work so i'll just post any old rubbish in the hope that people will think i know what i'm doing and look cool.
People using such a phrase are usually social retards with not enough zits to pass the MacDonald entrance exam.They usually have a "bird" in tow with a pram and two kids neither of which will belong to the phrase user.She will also be "up the duff" with another baby and will be unsure of the father.When questioned by the social services she will exclaim"it's a baby,innit".

The area the phrase is usually found stretches across the country but it is safe to say it is an area where taxi drivers fear to tread.On the other hand "prossies" or "slaaags" don't share this fear."
