There's only two pubs In the town I was born in.

One of them is owned by a rag who I've known for 20 years. I watched the match in there with another blue and some Forest fans who were supporting us.

After we lifted the trophy I went up the road to the other pub. As soon as I walked in a rag came upto me and said "Fuck you City. We won it first." I replied. "You did. But not as champions." His mate laughed and showed me his Bolton tat.

The other pub had karaoke on. So I sang this for the rag ****.



Enjoy the moment.

My lad is 13, i told him how lucky he is and the shite I had to watch when I was 13 in the mid 80’s and the highlights were promotion and an FA youth cup. Well worth the wait though.
