Inter Milan (N) | Champions League Final | Post Match Thread

Hey, I am not here to fight!
I came here to congratulate!
And yes, when our player kicked it straight at the keeper in front of him on the left side (instead of crossing it in). That was before Rodri's goal.

Yes, we don't have that much quality on the ball, but wasn't that already kind of known?
Inzaghi is not a magician who can bless his players with more technique.
He did what he could with what he had at his disposal .... and, with our players (who, as you rightly mentioned too, don't have so much quality on the ball), playing a game like this against City is, in my opinion, a tactical masterclass.
All of the players on your bench would easily be starters for Inter (with the exception of the goalie).
Lol mate I'm not here to fight either, just talking about the game.

Yes I remember that chance which was because of a mix up between Ederson and Akanji, that was it really and with players like Barella, Brozovic, and Martinez I think they should've done better with the ball, Barella in particular was a bit disappointing.

Fair play for defending your team.
You are fighting a losing battle though tonight mate.
Inter played well and lost,it happens, only its worse in a cup final.
Better luck next season.
Not a losing battle, that part in bold was all my point, so we agree

I’ve supported City since 1956 not always at the games but always there in my heart and cried when we’ve gone down and cried when they came back up and tonight I’ve been rewarded by this team for all the angst. I’ve cried so much I look as if I’ve got a cold!! :-) I must have gone through a full packet of tissues.

Oh I just can’t express how I feel. Euphoria that we’ve done it. A little sadness that my health meant I couldn’t be there but more such joy at their achievements.
Eccles you are a star of this site and a true blue. Enjoy this!
