Interesting goings-ons in the football league.

Forest Green are shite, but sometimes it’s the bottom teams you need to fear the most. Windass being out is bad news.

On the plus side, you’re 2 games behind Plymouth.
I agree, this time of year everybody is fighting for something. It's in our hands if we don't go up then we don't deserve to. The fallout from that though would mean Darren Morre being replaced and us starting again, which could mean another few years in this division.

Cheers mate. Lincoln normally do decent away followings of the last few years, I just hope we’re not bored to tears again, as our 18 league draws this season imply!
Yep you've only lost 10 which is the same as Derby, Bolton & Pompey but have only won 9 where only the bottom 4 have won less. The old saying of draws kill you is definitely in play here.

They always say 2 pts a game gets you promoted, that's 92 points in the EFL. Only Burnley (2.24) are on course for this in the Championship & Leyton Orient in League 2 (2.0), but in League 1 four teams are on course for it.

Plymouth (2.10)
Wednesday (2.16)
Ipswich (2.02)
Barnsley (2.0)

Great stuff Sam, very handy for those of us who never seem to find time to follow the football league regularly.
I keep an eye on Rochdale 'n Swindon. Dale got another thumping yesterday and look destined to join Oldham, and Town had a player sent off within a minute of the kick off, then hung on for 80 mins before conceding. Oh, and the pen which resulted from the sending off was missed in the second minute. It's good to have more than a glance at L1 and L2 as it reminds me so much of the early sixties at Maine Road - anything could happen!

Absolute dreadful performance, fair play to FGR but that was awful.

I mentioned bedwetting the other night but f that is how we are going to play the last 9 games then we are screwed.

Watching Cheltenham beating Wednesday 1-0 with 27 mins to go.
Wednesday are 2nd in the league and are awful.

Edit now 2-1, Wednesday pulled one back from 2 down

It's just hoof ball now.
Don’t think your actually catching Wednesday at there best and injuries to key players may now result in the hoof ball tactics into play ........... add the the pitch was never gonna help a team that likes to pass the ball on the ground ........ it was pee wet through and tbh I thought both teams did really well to make it such a good game

I watched their game v Barnsley last week and it was a similar story.... went behind and just hoofed it.
Again they pulled it back from 2-0 down to 2-2 only for Barnley to score two late goals

Yeh, sadly very much into 'when not if' territory for Dale now. My best mate is a Dale fan so I've been to quite a few of their games, unfortunately this has been coming for a while. They've been sliding for a few years now. 100+ years in the League ending. And it's a long way back for them the state they're in
Only have to look at Scunthorpe to see how hard it is in that league!
