Intermittent Sky Router problems

Has anyone else got Sky broadband and had connection problems on the router. Mine keeps dropping out every so often and its very frustrating. Tried resets a few times which doesn't have any effect. Any help much appreciated

Yep. Sky are shite, compared to virgin. My problem lasted about 3 months then they 'fixed the problem at the exchange' which I think meant lowering my Max speed which has fallen from about 10 Meg to a steady 6meg but without the dropouts.

It's happened to me 3 times and tried the things the above posters have done but never solved it, I don't know if its a coincidence but I have tried turning of my bt router and turning it back on and each time this has solved the problem, give it a go and let me know if this worked for you ....oh I am far from being a teckie on any subject lol
