Does anybody know how this promotion / relegation situation now works ?

I understand the concept of ups and downs but do those who have now gone into Groups A as promoted nations all get allocated groups or is it a total redraw kind of thing now ?

I refuse to watch the US again until they hire a damn manager. The USSF is the single most money grubbing, back ass wards, organization on the planet earth. But if they are just an extention of our current federal government, maybe it makes all the sense in the world.
