I always like the stark difference in commentaries for the Scotland team and the England team.

The ones for Scotland always seem to be a lot more partisan.
Same too for the rugby.

Maybe down to most ex England players who endup as a pundit are ex rags or dippers are therefore only played for England due to that reason

I'm actually only guessing as I don't listen to the sound on any game and only turning at kick off

Yes. The line "belongs" to the box, consequently Robertson is classed as inside the area. It was a clear foul, therefore a penalty.
