Strangely, and I could be wrong about this (usually am), before Omar's missed penalty in the Cup Final, the only missed penalty that cost us dearly was Sergio v Spurs in the UCL.

By that I mean, for example, Riyad's missed peno v LFC didn't cost us the league title, which we won.
