How can Kova be fit enough to start for Croatia? Good to get him some minutes though.

I don't follow Croatian football enough to know what's happening at younger age groups, but they surely must have enough talent not to need him in a game against Gibraltar?! Looking at the bench there are plenty of players who must be well into their 30s now having said that.
Good for him to get some match fitness for us, the only benefit of internationals is when a fringe player or one returning can get some minutes.

I think all these qualifiers should be played in one go - say over 3 weeks. Might hold more interest and not keep breaking up the domestic seasonYep, the final qualifiers.

I used to love the World Cup but being ruined by the decreased overall qualityMight not need qualifiers when 64 teams qualify.
Gibralter only 1-0 down away to Croatia. Could they get something against the Czech's? Big ask, but if they can the Faroes could get a WC playoff spot. Amazing really, considering their tiny population and them being on San Marino's level not too long ago. I remember when they drew 2-2 with Scotland, and that was a major story at the time.

The same night we play Everton under 21s in the tinpot trophy i would rather watch that than a load of over hyped crap.

Just had a scan through the world cup tables and Faroe Islands have 12 points from 7 games, level on points with Czechia in third place. Unbelievable effort from one of the usual whipping boys
