I went to a neighbour's son's wedding near Bridgend about 20 years ago, and the first song was Calon Lan, a traditional hymn. The only people singing in Welsh were the younger congregation, as the older (our age) didn't speak Welsh in that area. I've no doubts that this has changed since then, as it is taught in all schools. Good to hear.
