International Player Watch

Only watched the second half but i either watched a different game or forgot my blue tinted specs. From the comments on here it would suggest he had an absolute worldie of a game. He was decent tonight, few nice runs and touches but not spectacular. And no, i'm not criticising him before i get jumped on and called a rag.

Obviously playing for Belgium isn't the same as playing for City but he played in the same position and the same formation you'd expect him to play for us so we can take a few things from that. He kept his shape reasonably well which is my main concern with him playing wide right, didn't drift in too much but did want to be in the Silva role more often than not. Would like to see him being the player on the end of those through balls and making runs inside the fullback for us allowing Silva to play those balls, don't want it to be another situation similar to when Nasri and Silva are on the pitch together whereby we've got 2 players wanting to do the same role for the team.

19:45 Serbia vs Armenia - (Kolarov)

19:45 Portugal vs France - (Mangala, Sagna) - FRIENDLY
http://www.sportsmole.co.uk/football/portugal/preview/preview-portugal-vs-france_243623.html
France possible starting lineup:
Lloris; Sagna, Varane, Koscielny, Evra; Matuidi, Pogba, Schneiderlin; Griezmann, Benzema, Valbuena

I can't decide if I will watch France game as Sagna likely to start OR Kolarov play against Armenia as I expect they will be the dominant team and Kolarov will be on the front foot for the majority of the game

What game are folks watching? Germany Poland game could be good match also but none of our players involved

Gibraltar v Ireland

Unfortunately O'Neill doesn't have the bollocks or the foresight to have Byrne involved.

He's got 2 things in his locker that not many in the team have, his crossing is almost at par with Kolarovs and his long distance shooting is up there with Yaya's, he will bring something different to what Nasri brings.

i think he's been injured for a fortnight and only just went back into training, will have missed the squad call-ups
