I had just finished 'fining' a demijohn of white which turned out surprisingly well (to my untrained palate) and I drank way too much of it as pre-loading prior to the pub before the Charlton 5-1 game, what a day!

Introducing Miss Manchester City 1981/82 which was held at the City social club where all the finalist received £20 for making the finals including Allison Dunn, Denise Holland, Margaret Bray, Lorraine Murry, Diane Snape, Heather Fletcher, Karen Connor, Honoria Goddard, Wendy Saunders, Jill Turner & Jill Meadowcroft.
