click expired passes, select the ticket you want and click unhide (bottom right). Ticket should be back in the folder.

Have you tried to re-add it to you Wallet?

If you login to https://www.mancity.com/tickets
Go to My Ticketing Account
Then Season Tickets
And tick the box next to your ticket info (see image below), it will highlight “Add to Mobile Wallet” in blue… click on that.



Has it added it to your wallet again?

Yes, tried that as well, no luck.

@iggy1966 's info has on how to move from 'expired' has sorted me out.

Mine (google pay) had disappeared from my Samsung Google group.
Apparently the app had been auto updated and replaced, deleting it from its original position and replacing it with a totally new looking app at the next available app slot, on page 4. Big panic for 5 mins until I found it.

Thanks, tried that last night and this morning “add to
Mobile wallet” remained grey

No issues on my iPhone 8 for any of the games this season
