Jeremy, Phil and Kev all brilliant today, but have to vote for Phil, his lay-off for Kovacic was brilliant, especially as he didn’t even look to see where he was. Gundog’s best performance since he came back, and even Nunes had a decent game.

I went with Phil, thought he looked like his old self.

But as usual when we play well, it could have gone to probably half of the team. Doku in form, Kev & Gundo rolling back the years, Kova running the middle, Dias organising at the back, even Ederson made a top save & was on form with his distribution.

Lots of candidates - Foden, Kova, Doku, KDB, and really nobody wasn’t at it.

Went for Gundo simply because he rolled back the years today, immaculate in possession and much more mobile. If he can maintain today’s form he’ll be a huge asset for the rest of the season.

Nobody loves eddie but his save and foot work were excellent, the defence know he is not going to leave them hanging and his long passes are a thing of beauty

Some of the posters in the pre match thread saying (along with Kovacic) we'd be run to the ground in midfield must be keeping their heads down!
