Ireland is a talented player but he can't just keep living off his displays from two seasons ago, Mancini wasn't at the club then and Ireland needs to prove his worth all over again to him.
Recently, when Ireland has been given chances he's been found wanting and i could understand if Mancini decided he just isn't good enough
