Ireland Winter Break

Last game was 28th December.
Didn't play v Forest.
No game today.
Suspended next week.
No game the week after.

That means by the time he is allowed to play again against Newcastle it would of been excatley a month since he last played. A nice little month break for him seeing as he has worked his socks off and hardly missed a game so far this season. Hoping he gets a good rest and comes back fully recharged!!

I reckon players in the kind of form Ireland's been in don't want a break...they just want to keep playing...

Yeah , he has actually come out and said that he just can't play enough games this season , he's clearly enjoyin' himself ....... although the break won't have done him any harm , we have some hard games ahead.
