20+ million atleast going on the prices clubs are paying for players these days. I wouldnt sell him though he deserves his chance to prove he's got the talent to cut it with the best, just needs to put his dummy back in and get on with it rather than using every exuse in the book to why he's playing poor.
The problem is it's 20m when a player isn't on the transfer list.

Ireland has demonstrated he is one of the best players in the Premier League. He is the one player from the academy who could be truly one of the best in the World.

Mancini seems to be incapable of bringing the best out of him, or motivating him. You would think the money would be enough to motivate, but it clearly isn't. After the eight - one drubbing by Middlesbrough he started running up and down mountains and his determination showed in his performance the following season.

Like has been said it looks like a fresh start is the only thing to re-invigorate him.

I hope he goes abroad. It would be disheartening to see him flourish under one of our rivals. If he gets the 'bit between his teeth' he can tear any team to shreds.

To be fair he was dreadful all season, it's easy to blame Mancini, but under Hughes he was no better.

Never. Talented creative geniuses are rare these days and we have one in Stevie. Put an arm around his shoulder and tell him he's wanted and he could easily be our Arteta or Modric. It would be madness to sell a talent just like that. To the OP, nice one mate, you've succeeded in pressing my buttons.

In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into a desired emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion. In addition to the offending poster, the noun “troll” can also refer to the provocative message itself, as in that was an excellent troll you posted. While the term troll and its associated action, trolling, are primarily associated with Internet discourse, media attention in recent years has made such labels highly subjective, with trolling being used to describe many intentionally provocative actions outside of an online context.

I'd consider accepting a bid above £20 million but that ain't gonna happen and I wouldn't want to let him go anyway. Let's see how things are in a years time, hopefully he can get his head back on it and start doing the business for us again
