I see ireland had a great debut (not), seems like his form has carried on at villa,
trust in macini he knows what he is doing,

To be fair to him, its going to take a little bit of time for him to settle, but he is not the player who can just slot in and do the job Milner did - if Villa fans expect that, they are going to be seriously disappointed.

PMSL

In Stevies own words - "The grass isnt always greener. James is in for a big shock at city"

I`ll say !

Seriosuly that was the sort of performance Stevie was putting in the city every game last season. Tahts why Mancini wanted rid !

And on a similair theme,we also know now why Hughes sold Dunne !!!

Fuckin hopeless today,at fault for quite a few goals, was a legend at City, but only because he was the best of a bad bunch !!! Oh how times change hahaha

Been out all afternoon. Who was better, Joey or Stevie?

LOL

Barton by a country mile. Involved in everything Newcastle did. Brilliant goal.

The difference, he can play in centre midfield - Ireland cant.

TO get anythign like the best out of Ireland Villa need to play one up front and build the whole team around him - with quality player and play every week regardless of his form.

As we found out last season when Ireland isnt in the mood or played in the wrong position, its like playing with 10 men. This is something villa fans learned the hard was today !

irelands debut is our fault,if we didn`t sell him villa wouldn`t have got beat today,if we didn`t want milner then o`neil would still be there and villa would have won quite comfortably today, blame us please lol can`t wait to see how many times the press mention us and blame us to describe irelands superhero debut........superman has turned into bananaman with a slight wiff of aston vanilla thrown in!!!
