Irish MCFC fans on Facebook

I'm not sure if any of you Irish fans are aware of this.
Arthur Connell born abt 1821 Mallow, Ireland Head Residence Newton, Lancashire Rector of St Mark's Gorton
Anne Connell born abt 1823 Longford, Ireland Wife Newton, Lancashire
Anna Connell born abt 1851 Clones, Ireland Daughter Newton, Lancashire

Anne Connell the daughter who albeit founded our club was from Clones a small town in western County Monaghan, in the border area of Ireland.
We have very little other info about any relatives that still exist in Ireland.

y is that?i was thinking of just getting my ticket when i arrive at the train station.as the last two times iv flown to manchester my flight has been delayed,i doubt il have much hastle getting a ticket to manchester from birmingham train station as i think they leave every 45,have u had any experience with this??

I had a Clones Cyclone t-shirt that my parents had a hard job getting me out of.

you can get them for £5/10 in advance or pay £35/40 at the desk
 
Seven members of the Donegal Branch are travelling over to the derby game.

I hope to be at the Villa game myself, but waiting on confirmation of kick-off time. It's still down as 3pm on the Saturday, but a good chance it will change for TV.

Im originally from England, and moved over here aged 10, in 1986...on my first ever day in Northern Ireland i met Barry McGuigan at the airport.

Was brilliant....he was a megastar then :-)
