Irish travellers rounded up in Manchester.

I saw this today but it must have happened yesterday I'm guessing. Although it's not a great look I believe the police have had problems with huge numbers of traveller teenagers swamping Manchester and the Arndale center in the past. I'm not sure if they had a dispersal order in place or where the train was heading back to, anybody know?

The kids would have been misbehaving on their train journey, I imagine. You can't enforce a dispersal order on the basis of someone's perceived ethnicity.

Happens every year. They cause absolute carnage across the city centre.

They 'rush' shops in huge numbers so staff/security can't cope and take as much stock as they can carry with them. Last year one retailer lost £25k worth of stock in less than 10 minutes after their store was 'rushed'
