30? I literally have clothing that is older (not that it still fits).
I'm a FOC, late 60's and walk at least 8000 steps a day, love it. Ride my bike also. It's great being retired. I've never had so much exercise and living next to the Ocean helps. Nice fresh air off the Pacific and erm bikini's.Thanks, I guess I'm officially old now. (66) Rode my bike 35 miles this morning then walked 3 1/2 miles after lunch. Couldn't have done that at 45, so I suppose it's all relative.
Retirement IS great. I fought against it, tooth and nail, but it certainly diminished the stress in my life. Now my big daily decision is Peroni or Budweiser. :-)I'm a FOC, late 60's and walk at least 8000 steps a day, love it. Ride my bike also. It's great being retired. Kill me now. If that's the retirement options.Retirement IS great. I fought against it, tooth and nail, but it certainly diminished the stress in my life. Now my big daily decision is Peroni or Budweiser. :-)
I'm a Yank, I was weaned on Budweiser and have aquired a fondness for Peroni of late. I would opt for a Bass ale or a Newcastle Brown, but they are not very easy to find lately.Kill me now. If that's the retirement options.
