Is an employees sex life any of their employer's business?

Just from my own office? I've had to tell one party to an intra-office 'affair' that it was fairly obvious the other was getting quite attached so either to commit to it or get out.
For me, none of anyone’s business, unless it is affecting their work product. From there, it’s document, document, document...and there’s lots of it in my business!

Your employer can ask questions if they think your wellfare is not good.

Not sure that goes as far as asking about your sex life.

On a side I work with a team of 5 women and 2 men and the talk is pure filth some days, even had a staff member ask me once is having a wank was the same as the real thing like it was a normal question in the workplace

Look forward to Monday mornings when find out what the lads I have working for me have been up to over the weekend, out shagging all weekend with whichever birds they have pulled, does this count? If so, then yes, as a nosey bastard employer, I want all the juicy gossip off the lads ;-)))
