Grammar.
I would of thought of that to, but I'm going to listen to them Bayern fans tomorrow and I bet they speak more better English than what we do.Grammar.
I was born in ’62, so my early education years were in the 60’s. They are the ones that set you up for your life. I went to school on a council estate, Wythenshawe, the Headmaster, grew up with my Mum in Burnage, can you imagine my embarrassment when my Mum used to drop me off at school and she used to say hello to him by his first name? We always had spelling tests, out of 10, I still remember it now. I’m not saying everything was better about education in the times gone by but by the sounds of things some things definitely are.@normskih yes we were taught that when we were learning to read and write. Same as spelling. When I first started teaching in the ‘70s I carried that on but got into trouble a few times for it …. ‘Self expression EB, self expression, you’re holding them back!!’
I used to do Spelling quizzes on the quiet. Bad teacher!!! :-)
What are sliders?I’ve got some sliders and some socks but they’re worn separately.
New name for flip flops. I prefer thong ones. What are sliders?
That's not trashy. I just go to the drive thru though when I want a sausage roll or a chicken pasty. :-)Eating a Greggs sausage roll wile wandering around the shops. It's trashy behaviour so I try not to do it too often.
Those are slip ons or flip flops????View attachment 74733
