After the B.S. that happened earlier this week I can not wait for the match. I literally am so stoked I'm not going to sleep tonight over here in the sates. I cannot wait for the match, City is going to put an absolute beat down on Pompy. Let's get it rockin' BLUES. Put a hurt down on them, I'm talking 4-0, or better, and prove to everyone that it's game time and City is stepping their game up to a whole other level. LET'S GO CITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, how I can tell you are from the US of A... Come on guys, teach our American Blue cousins some proper Manc phrases and sayings. 'beat down and hurt down' just sounds a bit gay. Sorry warhawk.

No problem bluesoup. Clearly, just a difference in communication. Those phrases are used all the time over here in terms of sports and teams winning big over an opponent. But I'm always up for learning a new phrase or two about City, I just usually don't use them so people don't think I some bandwagon fan that is just trying to sound legit, if you get what I'm saying?

Nice too see us having support in USA. ;) I'm hoping for a big win too.

I think a lot of people under estimate the amount of support City actually has over here in the states. For some reason, the club is contagious and once one person starts to follow it, others join. I know, I've gotten at least double digit people to start following the club, and many others on bluemoon have said the same. Being a City supporter here in the states is like a California wild fire, it spreads like crazy.

P.S. Bluesoup, it's nice to see a poster on here to actually have a legit conversation with and it doesn't get personal or go overboard. You questioned me, I replied, and nothing aggressive came of it. Well played mate.

Proud to say I've been aboard for 6 years. It may not sound like a long time to you guys across the pond, but I'm sure you know the game has just starting taking off over here and I proudly pledge my allegiance to City.

Cheers to that. And hopefully, in a few years time, once I'm done with school and save up some money, I'll be able to make a trip across the pond for a couple matches and meet some fellow Blues. At the latest, I'm hoping to make a trip over for the 2018 WC, which is all but guaranteed to England.

I quite like the idea of City having supporters from other parts of the world. Whether they are new or old...

Keep stoking those wild fires warhawk...

I get the motivation from a lot of people on here, who have clearly been supporters for far longer than me. I'll keep pushing the Blues to whoever will hear it over here. I actually get asked a lot what my apparel is in reference to, when I wear my CITY gear out and people don't recognize it. All of you "native" English Blue supporters give me, and a lot of other Americans, the motivation to become bigger supporters than we are. You keep doing what you guys are doing and we will keep doing what we are doing, together City will be the biggest club in the world.

Anxious , my ass is twitching about today , for some reason I have this horrible feeling .

Hopefully it's just a hangover from Wednesday , and they will be hurting as much as we are and go out and make a statement

Or it could be the stew and dumplings I cooked last night .

You'll be right, once we score our first in the 7th minute, the ass twitching should stop.
Regards from a fellow blue in Sydney !
