Is anyone not 100% behind Mancini?

I believe Roberto has even shut these "inner circle" fools up.

Mancini will take us to where we want to be. To the top of the tree. I supported him from day one, could see what he is trying to do and did not take any heed of the "dismals" and the bitching of the loud minority. He has assessed the squad he inherited, improved upon it and is shipping out those that are not interested the future of Manchester City.

COMON CITY

I know you did mate, as did I.

We will be very proud over the next few years with Roberto at the helm.

Very proud indeed.

I would just like to mention that shortly before Sven was sacked I posted some pics of Roberto (in shades, naturally) taken whilst he was in the UAE for a visit with Inter. I left them uncaptioned. No-one commented.

Just sayin'.

"ITKs, get yer ITKs here. Ten bob a dozen."

Post a utube clip then we will fall at your feet

Hang on, hang on.....before SVEN ??

Just before Sven was sacked, well, officially. Everyone was talking about who they wanted next (this was still under Frank of course) - Sven to continue / Van Gaal / Jose / Jol etc etc and I posted a few pics of Mancini.

I was just kidding about the ITK thing (you know that). I suppose I got the bloke I wanted eventually...and owners I never dreamed.

Bloody hope it works out.

Lol, yeah I know.

It will work out, mate.

The only other manager I ever wanted was Jose, but I think we got the perfect person for us in Mancini. Thankfully, I always supported him from Day 1 and I can see me being very, very happy over the next few years. Along with a few hundred thousand other Blues :o)

Nah, not really. Just defended our Bobby from day one. Could see and can see (we are not the finished article yet) what he is trying to do.

I've always had a huge respect for what Mancini has been doing, and it is obvious that unlike his predecessors (the cash whore Svennis comes to mind), he has been building a marvelous team to last!

I too have, however, at times been annoyed with what was percieved as his insecurity/defensive style but it seems like he wasn't overly confident with what he apart from Tevez had up front (Jo/Ade) and is already changing it now that Dzeko is here.

I must say I love what I see, and although there is a lot yet to finetune, City hasn't played such an offensive football like in the second half against the Wolves, in a long, long time.

I know some will ridicule me for what I will state here, but in my defense I don't really even consider myself a fully fledged City fan (yet ;-), just someone with a lot of sympathy for the style of play I have been seeing over the past couple of years and the team that does it so well... But, I sincerely believe that, assuming Mancini gets it all the way, we are witnessing "a Barcelona" in the making. Mark my words, laugh later.

I am not laughing at your words at all my friend. With the owners and management team we have, and with infrastructure they are developing, what you say is wholly believable. GOOD TIMES AHEAD.......

Correct.... Although we wanna win every game Mancini has been shrewd cool and composed enough to realise at times we have not had the tools for the job whether that be thru injury or the right players not being brought in therefore he has performed a damage limitation exercise and performed it well, he could have gone all guns blazin and lost games we have got a point from 3 - 0 n where would we be now? Fifth sixth maybe hopin for a fourth place finish instead he has shown what a tactical genius he is and steered us despite all the media negativity and circling vultures to be in with a real chance of winning the title

So, what do you think his plans are for the swamp? Lots of permutations.

I think we're gonna hit em n hit em hard, warhorse midfield to overpower em n now we have options up front to inflict the fatal wounds especially if they drop points before then. Bobby's gonna unleash the City beast full throttle that day n Big Edin is gonna be immense

Nice thought.

We will be cautious at first and hopefully

twat fuck out of them................ ahem.

Mancini is our special one, when players go on loan or sold they blame mancini for not playing them when they are shit, he's always been on the receiving end yet he never complains and is 100% focused on his job and get results

He has had a good couple of months but it is still too early for all this "he is our special one" hyperbole. in my opinion of course

Positives to date;

He is obviously tough and single minded.
He has got his head around the squad.
No way will we miss out on top 4 this year

Negatives

Still a bit worried about his communication and man management skills.
Still question marks for me over some selection decisions. Although this has got better .
Not convinced by his staff.

So for me he is doing better than he was and results are good. But let's see how things pan out. He's certainly bombproof until summer and I always felt he deserved that.

The only manager I was 100% on was Alan ball, I was 100% certain he'd ruin my club from day one.

Bob gets 99.9999% he'll win us things.

really not a good memory!

Would you swap Bob fo Jose or for anyone else?

I dont think I would, it would be hard to turn Jose down but as I said a bit back why should we. Jose would rip it all up and start again and another 18 months are wasted. Add that to the need for stability and the great job bob is now doing I say leave well alone. If we win nowt this year leave well alone.
