If I had to use that 11 it would be Richards to RB Lescott to CB and Zab in midfield

WTF is this thing about Lescott. Lescott is shite. Defensively he is pretty weak, only good point is that he scores a load. Why doesn't he play upfront??? Jagielka is the much better defender without a doubt.

Arshavin would be a cracking signing and miles better than Lescott.

This talk of "we dont need him" baffles me, he is clearly one of the best players in the world a genuine global talent. yes we have a lot of flair at the moment but he is in a different league to the likes of elano and can only give us more options and also more pull and sway with other quality players in Europe .. get him get him soon as poss .. if he went to the arse and bagged a fookin hat full we would be gutted ..

Personally don't think we are interested, a decent player but better than Robinho or Ireland???? I think this may be a bit of mischief to wind up Arsenal after they pulled out of the Kolo Toure deal.

He is an absolute very good player but should cost no more than 13-15 mils.

He is a good player but feel that since he has had all the press on him he has not been as good. With regards signing him i think the side is in it's first stage of the re-build where the balance of the squad needs to be addressed. More defensive players are required ( GK, DMF, CB) as well as a striker. He would get in the side and hopefully slot in well, but with 4 players already still needed, How many can we bring in without upseting it to much. In our current league position they can not have any time to settle in and get used to the premiership. I would welcome him, but hope that all the new signings we are allegedly after will not cause upset.
