De Jong can make our team great if he just plain refuses to play, he'd better not open his mouth because a player of his ability is very lucky to be getting regular football in a team like ours.

I put two things forward. I first pointed out that the cup Milan were beaten in was a cup we've not been good enough to get into, the second was that Milan are a bigger club than us. The second point had it's own sentence, even it's own paragraph, which most would realise means that it isn't directly related.
