The home socks are reminiscent of the League Championship era. Happy days

There's very little difference between the home shirt last season and the new one, they've basically swapped the white collar on last years kit around with the white cuffs on this ones. If I didn't have last years shirt I'd buy it, don't get me wrong, but the differences aren't enough for me to justify £45 on it.

Have to say though, from an "on the pitch" perspective, I really like the look of the socks with the maroon top. That'll look extremely nice indeed.

Just as long as the football looks nice, I wouldn't care if they were playing in simpsons character comedy socks, if you know what I mean!
