I have friends in Ohio that call everything Coke, but then tell you they want a Mountain Dew. Something like:

Me - What do you want to drink?

Friend - I'll have a Coke.

Me - Ok.

Friend - Mountain Dew.

Me - You said Coke.

Friend - Yeah, I know. Bring me a Coke. A Mountain Dew.

Me - WTF????
