Is it too late? (Poor scouting)

It's not what you know...it's who you know.

1) Find a really fit girl, with no money. send her the facebook profile for a games developer at Sports Interactive (Football Manager 2013)

2) Once she's befriended him,get her to add Josh to the database with huge potential and creativity for box to box midfielder.

3) Once you go viral in the geeky football world, I'll come and film you playing for your team, show your dazzling abilities and throw you on Youtube.

One you're on Youtube and you're playing for Barcelona on Footy Manager... Well City will be crawling to you.

A lot of people on here criticize our youth players and our policy on young players but tbf we do have some really good young players on our books.....

... however I do feel the club are missing a trick for example I'm 20, life long City fan, mostly play in centre midfield but happy to fill in anywhere, especially for City. I usually play 6 a-side on Monday nights, why have they not found me? I'm not getting any younger but I could still make it with a year of good training under my belt, plus I would count as homegrown. Cheap wages as playing for City is a dream.

Think how many others like me the club have overlooked? Is it too late? Will I fail to make as City's midfield engine?

I'm a great passer, read the game well, unselfish, I track back, I probably just need to get a but stronger and work on my fitness but that will come.

Anyone else think City have missed a trick by not offering themselves a trial?

I hear the they were just letting the ink dry on the contract before mailing you and then read the cat story.

Passion is priceless

I informed City about Danny Welbeck , whilst he was at my daughters school a few years ago ... not that they took much fuckin' notice !
They did mate, but some one decided to release him at 9 year old, and the rest as they say is history

Im 47, cant walk very far, useless in the air and i didnt track back when fittish.

I would be perfect to replace Giggs and i would score own goals for fun

Closest you will get mate is to play for us! We are MCFC official supporters football team. We hold training sessions every Sunday at platt lane. More than welcome to come along. We have a few fixtures coming up against Wrexham Cambridge and Chester. Also a 11 a side tournament at Stockports stadium (Edgley park)

Goes for everyone really if you fancy it more than welcome for new players. @MCFCSFC all details are on there.

Ahh so this is still going?

Good stuff... Hopefully the organisers of it have learnt by their mistakes?

First game they organised I went along, with the main organiser picking his mates and ignoring players (who where better) in preference for out of shape friends who couldn't kick a ball.
