Is it too late? (Poor scouting)

A lot of people on here criticize our youth players and our policy on young players but tbf we do have some really good young players on our books.....


... however I do feel the club are missing a trick for example I'm 20, life long City fan, mostly play in centre midfield but happy to fill in anywhere, especially for City. I usually play 6 a-side on Monday nights, why have they not found me? I'm not getting any younger but I could still make it with a year of good training under my belt, plus I would count as homegrown. Cheap wages as playing for City is a dream.

Think how many others like me the club have overlooked? Is it too late? Will I fail to make as City's midfield engine?

I'm a great passer, read the game well, unselfish, I track back, I probably just need to get a but stronger and work on my fitness but that will come.

Anyone else think City have missed a trick by not offering themselves a trial?

Closest you will get mate is to play for us! We are MCFC official supporters football team. We hold training sessions every Sunday at platt lane. More than welcome to come along. We have a few fixtures coming up against Wrexham Cambridge and Chester. Also a 11 a side tournament at Stockports stadium (Edgley park)

Good stuff... Hopefully the organisers of it have learnt by their mistakes?

First game they organised I went along, with the main organiser picking his mates and ignoring players (who where better) in preference for out of shape friends who couldn't kick a ball.

It's a total different set up. Come down on Sunday and have a chat mate!

Show's scouting is still in effect in our local areas and Sure Josh maay of not been picked up, but this lad has and he's a big Blue aswell.

Has it not occurred to you why the other 91 league clubs haven't noticed you aswell

The biggest bollock drop and scouting fuck up will not be out done by the twat who was told to go to Ryan Giggs' house early morning or to risk having Ferguson poach him after watching him play, but no this dumb fuckwit of a scout who though Giggs was a dead cert to be signed up didn't turn up and low and behold who turned up to Giggs' house early morning to snatch him away???

I informed City about Danny Welbeck , whilst he was at my daughters school a few years ago ... not that they took much fuckin' notice !

my mrs went his school as well, he bullied my best mate. hate him. the stories ive heard from that school, a lot of lads going the wrong way with crime etc..
