Do you HONESTLY believe that one can watch every game of a team X and not be a fan of the team??

People become fans of teams for various reasons. If it is because their national hero plays for the team that's all good.

But answer me this:

1. Tomorrow Mansour pulls out and we are in chaos, having to quick-sell players including Dzeko.
2. Dzeko joins Chelsea.
3. Hanging on by a thread we're relegated and have to sign up average players like Jonathan Spector.
4. We get relegated again and end up in League One with a club full of kids and nobodies.

Question: Do you support us while we're down in the muck and Dzeko is scoring 30 a season for Chelsea?

If the answer is a genuine "yes", then that is what being a City fan is all about.

You go out of your way on every thread to trash Dzeko but you're nowhere to be found when he scores goals. You say it's because you don't like bandwagon fans who started rooting for City when Dzeko joined the club. Fine, let's all put it to a vote on the forum, if the moderators will allow, and I will be the first one to leave if I'm not welcome here.

I think I've been more than reasonable and objective and never talk bad about any players, not even Tevez. I was truly happy with today's performance even though Dzeko didn't play.

However, the hate that is on here about Dzeko ever since the first "touch of an elephant" thread is amazing. If anyone is a gloryhunter, it is these "football manager" geeks who expect a striker to score every game or else he's shit \
