Funny as fuck this thread, I thought I was pessimistic but Leighton takes the crown. It's been a very slow window full stop not just at City but all over the prem, except Liverpool who have been busy. To blame Pellers though is fucking insane.

Except it isn't a great post. It's an utterly shit one because it misses the fundamental point: the manager has nothing whatsoever to do with transfer negotiations.
