So you knew more then & were the expert, instead ?
I didn't actually say that at all about Barker 'on the day' and am not saying it even now, it's there in the forum for anyone to see as proof, & it's another example of you completely failling to understand what people are talking about & why things need to be put in black & white for you to understand them, as any kind of lateral thinking leaves you dumbfounded & you have to put it in a box.
Is it just me who is not allowed to have an opinion on Pellegrini's team selections, or conditioning of players or selection of young players etc or is it the whole forum ?
I suppose whatever you have an opinion is ok though ?
No, I valued my opinion more than yours and still do. I thought Sane was the outstanding player that day. The only person I've claimed to know more than is you. Never claimed to be an 'expert' just said I thought Sane was the stand out player that day. You disagreed. Much like you disagreed when I said I felt Garcia is better suited to our first team. I even gave reasons. Again you disagreed and rather than back those reasons up, you just got all sweary like you always do.
My lateral thinking? This is a joke right? You have the most immature and basic debating skills. You voice your opinion, people disagree, you get all shouty, sweary and insulting. I've tried to highlight my point regarding this specific topic in black and white it obviously escapes you. Here's a fine example of Neville in action.
"No need to thank me, but it's my pleasure.
I'll even add to your education this afternoon - if you post dramatic nonsense, be prepared for a response that you may not like.
Though I did like your decision to try and enforce your 'point', to reference signings we made under different economic times at the club under a different Director of Football and a different Manager.
I agree though. Maybe all the top clubs are wrong, including City. In fact, even City's academy staff that have watched and worked with him every day of his career at City are wrong too. You're right though, and Reading.
Utterly dreadful news." BM user
Your response,
No, all the top clubs aren't 'wrong' there's a decent chance George won't be good enough for top flight football. If I had to guess, I'd say that is probably the case. But they DON'T KNOW.
And neither do you.Just some, like you, are full of shit & pretend to have extra powers the rest of us don't.
He is not some fucking mug, who would fall over his own feet if given a job to do off the bench in the first team. He has proven his competence playing 'man' football.
He has done enough to have been given an opportunity to make it AT CITY. If he had been tested then failed, he could move on & instead of FUCK ALL we would get decent money for him, like the rags do with their kids who can't hold down a first team spot. This is how most teams do it, even the top ones."
This is the point, he obviously hasn't done enough, not in the eyes of the experts employed to make these calls. You are shouting like its fact that he's done enough. Mate, he hasn't, that's why he's gone. Iheanacho has done enough, Garcia has done enough. Evans, obviously hasn't, not my opinion. It's the experts who know and work with him every day.
This topic has nothing to do with Pellegrini, players or tactics.
As I've repeatedly asked, yet you've failed to respond, as well it nullifies your entire arguement.
If three teams have near identical records defensively, yet only one team is ridiculed is that fair? To take three equal parties and treat one completely different, judge them on a totally different scale is, as the op asks, the very definition of unfair. This is not my opinion it's fact.
I'd leave the insults out, as they're pretty embarassing especially considering your 'arguements'.
