After comments made by Mancini recently there seems there is a possibility that Tevez might be around next season?

What do you think the chances of this are? Any ITK's out there who want to fill us in?

Also, would you be happy to see him here next season?

In my opinion, if there were some way we could get him to sign a contract on top of his current contract stipulating that if he left again, or caused any trouble, we could freeze his wages. Either that or sue him? I don't know, but if someone said they could guarantee he'd play ball for the whole of next season, I'd be happy to have him stay.

Given his performances and the impact he has had on his return and if you want the best for this football club then you've got to want him to stay. Off the field he's not a clever bastard but on it he's a genius worthy of Barcelona colours.

If he stays then I will be happy but if he goes then he leaves with my best wishes and thanks for the contributions he has made during his time at the club. You can't begrudge him a move after practically 50 goals for us.

I'm torn on this one. I'd love if he could stay and keep his head down and instead of mouthing off - again - about wanting to go home and such. But I don't think I'd trust him.

I'll just go with whatever the club does.

I feel very similarly to you. Torn on this one. In the end I'd trust the club decision.

This didn't turn in to much of a debate. Why is that? or is the answer obvious?

In terms of quality on the pitch he's worth his place. What's changed? Has the forked tongue not an agent agent been bought off or will he keep on hissing in Tevez' ear. I for one would have Tevez stay and (rather shallowly) I hope we don't start another war with Argentina.

p.s. great call Clichy POTM for April, many candidates though.
