Is the City job a poisoned chalice?

Yes.

Until our fans realise what god grants he might not give

(The book of Rasc, chapter 3, verse 7)

Its not a poisoned chalice but it is getting a bit like the England job where the media in general generally appear to want the manager to fail.
This has been the case for us ever since we got the investment so I suppose anybody in the post should know what to expect really. If we ever got rid of Roberto it wouldnt be any different for the next man (whoever it is)
Having said that, it doesnt make it a poisoned chalice.
